What is LIYF

LIYF — Living In Your Flow — is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and remember the wisdom that already lives within you.

This is not about becoming someone new.
It is about coming home to who you already are.

Rooted in embodied movement, intuitive practices, and connection to natural rhythms, LIYF supports women to feel grounded, empowered, and at home in their bodies.

LIYF Philosophy, Manifesto & Methodology

At the heart of this work is the ALIVE Methodology — a body-led, sensory, and nature-connected approach that invites you to slow down, listen deeply, awaken your imagination, reconnect to your vitality, and embody your inner wisdom.

This methodology comes to life through the GLOW Framework:

Ground — arrive in the body, breath, and present moment
Listen — tune into sensation, intuition, and inner knowing
Open — awaken imagination, feeling, expression, and connection
Wisdom — embody what has been revealed and carry it into life

Together, ALIVE and GLOW create a gentle pathway back to the body, to belonging, and to the beauty of being fully alive.

LIYF is a space for moving, listening, feeling, and remembering.
A space where you don’t have to perform, perfect, or push.
A space where you can meet yourself exactly where you are.

Through breath, sensation, movement, imagery, rest, creativity, circle, and connection to nature, LIYF gently guides you back to the language of your body — the quiet knowing beneath the noise.

It is accessible.
It is felt.
It is illuminating.
It is embodied.

And it is something you can carry with you — through every season of your life.

Founded by Ashari, LIYF honours your cycles, your intuition, your inner glow, and your unique way of being. Through workshops, circles, retreats, and embodied experiences, LIYF invites you into a life that feels soulful, true, connected, and free.

This is living in your flow.

Ashari

Throughout this human experience, I have journeyed as a child, dancer, actor, teacher, and mother, moving in and out of connection with my body. I have learnt that when I feel into my body and create space to listen deeply, I move closer to the most authentic version of myself. This heightened awareness of my inner wisdom and intuition strengthens my connection with others and the world around me, making the flow of life feel easy and filled with passion, purpose, and desire.

Yoga and movement have been integral parts of my life for as long as I can remember. The practice of yoga has provided me with a framework and a set of tools to maintain a connection with my body. These tools help me cultivate inner stillness and explore the art of simply being—being without judgement or expectation, and still feeling worthy.

My passions have led me to complete a Bachelor in Performing Arts, a Diploma of Education, and my Yoga Teacher Training, along with many other courses. I am honoured to have started my yoga teacher training journey (RYS 200hr) with Idit Tamir at Sukha Mukha in Bronte in 2014. Idit has inspired me in countless ways as a teacher and friend, and I am truly grateful for the loving wisdom she has shared with me, as I am with all the teachers who have woven in and out of my life.

I have taught and held space in many locations, from Sydney to Forster, over my years of teaching and learning, and I look forward to continuing this journey. My desire to experience the most authentic version of this life, understanding our place and connection to each other and the earth, and uncover the essence and art of being has led me to many healers who remain dear friends and constant treasures or tools I connect with to keep me learning, uncovering, and yielding to this life experience with as much love and acceptance as possible.
