# Refund Policy

At **LIYF – Living In Your Flow**, we value clarity, fairness, and respect for both our community and the energy required to hold embodied spaces. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, credits, or transfers may be offered.
By booking or purchasing any LIYF offering, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our offerings (including workshops, circles, retreats, courses, and digital content), refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific offering:
* **All deposits are non-refundable**
* Refunds are not guaranteed once a booking is confirmed

2. Timeframes for Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made **in writing** via email.

Events, Workshops & Circles
* Requests made **more than 14 days** before the start date may be eligible for a **partial refund or credit** (minus any non-refundable deposits or fees)
* Requests made **within 14 days** of the start date are **not eligible for a refund**
Retreats & Multi-Day Immersions
* Deposits are non-refundable
* Cancellations made **30 days or more** before the start date may be eligible for a **partial refund** (excluding deposit)
* Cancellations made **within 30 days** of the start date are **not eligible for a refund**

3. Refund Amounts
Where a refund is approved:
* Refunds may be **partial**, not full
* Any non-refundable deposits, processing fees, or third-party charges will be deducted
* Refunds will be issued via the original payment method where possible

4. Transfers & Credits
In place of a refund, LIYF may offer:
* A **credit** towards a future LIYF offering
* The option to **transfer your place** to another person (with prior written approval)
Credits are typically valid for **6–12 months**, depending on the offering.

5. Cancellations by LIYF
If LIYF cancels or significantly reschedules an offering, you will be offered:
* A **full refund**, or
* A **credit** towards a future offering
LIYF is not responsible for additional costs incurred (such as travel or accommodation).

6. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In cases of serious illness, injury, or unforeseen emergencies, we may consider refunds or credits on a **case-by-case basis**, at our discretion.
Supporting documentation may be requested.

7. Digital Products & Online Content
Due to the immediate access provided:
* **Digital products, recordings, and online content are non-refundable** once delivered or accessed

8. No-Shows
Failure to attend an event or offering without prior notice is considered a **no-show** and is **not eligible for a refund or credit**.

9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under **Australian Consumer Law**, including guarantees that cannot be excluded.
