* Cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Bookings and Payments
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
We accept payments via approved third-party payment providers available on our website. Payment must be received in full (or as agreed via a payment plan) to secure your place in an offering.
LIYF reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at our discretion.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers
Unless otherwise stated for a specific offering:
* Deposits are non-refundable
* Cancellations made within 14 days of an event are not eligible for a refund
* You may transfer your place to another person with prior written approval
* If LIYF cancels an event, you will be offered a refund or credit
Specific cancellation and refund policies may apply to retreats, workshops, or multi-week journeys and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

5. Health & Personal Responsibility
LIYF offerings may involve movement, embodiment practices, emotional exploration, and group experiences.
By participating, you acknowledge that:
* You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing
* You will honour your body’s limits and seek professional advice if required
* LIYF is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care
Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
