MARCH INTAKE - Nurturing sacred connections
Upcoming Sessions
Offering Description
A 4-week embodied women’s circle in Forster Sacred Women’s Journey is a 4-week embodied women’s circle in Forster for women who are seeking deeper connection to their bodies, more presence in their lives, and a supportive space to slow down and listen within. This journey is for women who feel tired of constant striving, thinking, and doing — and who are longing to reconnect with their body, intuition, and natural rhythms. Rather than focusing on fixing or improving yourself, Sacred Women’s Journey invites you to remember the wisdom already living in your body. Each week we gather in a small, in-person group to explore embodied movement, somatic awareness, rest, and women’s circle sharing. Movement is gentle, intuitive, and sensation-led — not choreographed, not performative, and not about how it looks. You’ll be guided to move in ways that feel supportive, nourishing, and true for your body. We also explore connection to the elements — earth, water, fire, and air — using them as inspiration for movement, reflection, and embodiment. The elements offer a grounding, nature-based framework that supports nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and deeper self-trust. Sacred Women’s Journey weaves together: women’s circle and embodied movement somatic and nervous system support rest, reflection, and integration connection to nature and the elements What’s included -4 x weekly in-person sessions (2 hours each) -Guided embodied movement and somatic practices -A safe, non-judgemental women’s circle -Additional resources and guided audios for home practice -Gentle integration prompts to support everyday life -One 30-minute 1:1 Zoom session with Ashari, available anytime during the 4 weeks for personal support This journey is also the entry point into an ongoing embodied women’s community. After completing Sacred Women’s Journey, participants are invited to attend Circle of LIYF drop-in circles, which are open only to women who have completed the journey. This allows for deeper continuity, shared language, and ongoing embodiment support. *Discounted places are available for single mothers or those needing additional financial support — please reach out if this applies to you.
