Sunday With The Village is a gentle, open-hearted space where bodies of all shapes, ages, and energies are welcome. We come together outdoors (weather permitting) to move in ways that feel good, slow down, breathe, and remember what it feels like to belong in community. There is no choreography. No pressure. No “right” way to move. You’re invited to dance, stretch, sway, lie down, wander, watch, or simply be — following your body’s own rhythm. What to Expect • Guided embodied movement and intuitive flow • Space to rest, relax, and restore • Time to connect — through shared food, conversation, and presence • Children moving freely alongside adults • A relaxed, village-style atmosphere where everyone belongs We begin with a facilitated movement and grounding practice, then open into unstructured time to connect — sharing a picnic, a drink, stories, or quiet moments together.
