A mastermind circle for women who hold space for others.
For the facilitators, teachers, healers, creatives and guides who are constantly tending, creating, leading and holding.
This is a space where you don't have to hold it all.
Come into circle.
Soften out of leading.
Be witnessed.
Receive.
Remember you don't have to do this alone.
You spend so much of your time holding space for others.
For your clients.
For your students.
For your communities.
For your family.
For the work you are bringing into the world.
But where do you get to be held?
Where can you bring the idea that isn't fully formed yet?
The question you keep circling?
The offering you're wondering whether to birth?
The thing that's feeling tender?
The edge you're standing at?
Wild Women Weaving is that space.
A monthly circle for women who are creating, guiding and holding space — to come together, speak what is alive, and receive the kind of witnessing that reminds you that you don't have to figure everything out alone.

This is for you if...
You might be a facilitator, teacher, healer, coach, artist, creative, space-holder or guide.
You might be building something beautiful — or wondering what comes next.
This circle is for you if:
-
You spend much of your time supporting and holding space for others
-
You’re craving a place where you can be witnessed and supported
-
You have ideas, offerings or creative projects that want somewhere to be spoken aloud
-
You’re navigating an edge in your work or wondering what your next step might be
-
You want reflection and perspective without being told what you should do
-
You’re craving connection with women who understand the nuances of this kind of work
-
You sometimes feel like you're carrying your work alone
-
You want to be around women who are also creating, weaving and bringing something meaningful into the world
-
You’re longing for a space that values being over performing
-
You want to reconnect with your own inner knowing rather than constantly looking outside yourself for answers
You don't need to have a business plan.
You don't need to have it figured out.
You don't even need to know what you need.
Just come as you are.
What happens inside the circle?
Each month, we gather to slow down, listen and share what is alive.
There is no fixed agenda for what you should bring.
Instead, the circle becomes a place to explore what's moving through your work, your life and your creative becoming.
🌿 Sacred circle sharing
A space to speak honestly about what you're experiencing, creating, questioning or moving through — and to be met with presence.
🌿 Collective wisdom
Receive reflections, perspectives and insights from women who understand what it means to hold space for others.
🌿 Speak what's emerging
Bring your ideas, offerings, dreams, questions and edges into the circle. Sometimes speaking something aloud is enough to hear what you already know.
🌿 Embodied support
Rather than rushing towards solutions, we slow down enough to notice what your body, intuition and inner knowing are already communicating.
🌿 Gentle activation
Leave with something stirred, clarified or remembered — not because someone gave you the answer, but because you had space to find your own.
This is not another business mastermind.
There is a place for strategy.
There is a place for plans, goals, metrics and accountability.
This isn't that.
Wild Women Weaving is about what happens underneath all of that.
The feeling beneath the idea.
The question beneath the strategy.
The knowing beneath the noise.
It's a space to put down the pressure to perform and allow yourself to be witnessed as a whole woman — not just as the person behind your work.
We aren't here to tell you what to do.
We're here to listen.
To reflect.
To witness.
To remind.
To weave together what we each know.

Why circle?
Because there is wisdom in being witnessed.
Sometimes we don't need another person to solve the problem.
We need somewhere safe enough to say the thing out loud.
We need people who can sit beside us in the uncertainty.
We need perspectives that open something rather than prescribe something.
And sometimes, when we hear ourselves reflected back by another woman, something inside us remembers:
Oh. I already know.
Wild Women Weaving creates space for that remembering.
You don't have to hold it all.
You can arrive with the messy idea.
The half-formed offering.
The big dream.
The uncomfortable question.
The thing you're afraid isn't ready.
The thing you're secretly excited about.
The season you're moving through.
Bring it all.
You don't need to make yourself smaller, clearer or more polished before entering the circle.
Come as you are.
What you'll leave with
Not necessarily a five-step plan.
Something more spacious.
✨ A feeling of being witnessed
✨ New perspectives and reflections
✨ Connection with women who understand
✨ Greater clarity around what you're weaving
✨ A sense of being resourced and supported
✨ A deeper trust in your own inner knowing
✨ The reminder that you don't have to do this alone
Come as you are.
Leave steadied, resourced and reconnected.
You are not meant to weave alone.
There is a particular kind of strength that comes from being witnessed by women who understand.
Women who are also creating.
Holding.
Questioning.
Growing.
Beginning again.
Come join the circle.
Wild Women Weaving
A mastermind circle for women who hold space for others.
A note from Ashari
There is something beautiful about being the woman who holds space.
But even the women who hold space need somewhere to put everything down.
Wild Women Weaving was born from a desire to create that space.
A place where you don't have to be the facilitator.
You don't have to have the answers.
You don't have to arrive knowing what you need.
You can simply come into circle and be met.
We can speak what's alive. We can listen to one another. We can share what we've learned, what we're questioning, what we're creating and what we're becoming.
And somewhere in that exchange, we remember that our work doesn't have to be carried alone.
There is wisdom in the circle.
And there is so much more we can weave when we weave together.
