This is for you if...
You’re craving an afternoon to soften, listen and receive.
You want to experience movement in a way that has nothing to do with what it looks like, and everything to do with what you can feel.
You love the idea of being held by sound while gently reconnecting with your body.
You’re curious about listening with your whole body — feeling sound, sensation, breath, texture and stillness from the inside.
You want deep rest, nervous system nourishment and a moment to be cared for.
All levels are welcome. The moving meditation can be done standing, sitting or even lying down if that feels best for your body.
Flow of the session
Arrive + settle
Come in, get cosy and let yourself land. Bring whatever helps you feel comfortable — maybe a shawl, blanket, warm socks or anything that supports you to soften.
Guided deep listening + moving meditation
We’ll begin by listening to the beautiful healing sounds of Kati’s sound journey, while Ashari guides you through gentle moving meditation.
This is not about how movement looks. It’s about listening with your body, expressing what is heard, and noticing the sensations that arise within.
Sound journey + deep relaxationYou’ll then be invited to lie down and settle into a long relaxation as Kati continues to play, allowing the sound to move through the body and support deep rest.
Nourishing touch
During relaxation, Ashari and Ali-Rose Massage will move quietly through the space, offering gentle supportive touch for those who would like to receive it.
Integration
We’ll close softly, allowing time to return slowly and notice how your body feels after being held between sound and skin.
What to bring
Just bring whatever you need to feel cosy and comfortable — perhaps a shawl, blanket, warm socks or anything that helps you settle into rest.
