Four weeks to come back to yourself.
Sacred Women’s Journey is a small, intimate four-week somatic experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body and rebuild trust in your own inner knowing.
Through embodied movement, breath, reflection, creativity, rest and simple somatic practices, you’ll be gently guided out of the constant noise of the mind and back into connection with how you actually feel.
We meet for 2 hours each week over 4 weeks, with gentle support and connection continuing between sessions through emails, reflection prompts and a private WhatsApp group.
Each journey is held around a different theme, inspired by the seasons, the elements, the cycles of life and the things many of us are navigating as women.
The theme may change.
The heart of the journey stays the same.
This is a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and spend four weeks listening more deeply to yourself.
Not to fix yourself.
Not to become a better version of yourself.
But to come back into relationship with your body, your needs, your desires and your own way of knowing.
More than a weekly class
This is a four-week container designed to give you time to explore, integrate and stay connected to what is unfolding.
Each week includes a 2-hour in-person session with a small group of women, plus support between sessions so the journey can gently weave into your everyday life.
Throughout the four weeks you’ll receive:
-
4 x 2-hour in-person sessions
-
A small, intimate group experience
-
Weekly emails and reflections
-
Simple prompts and practices to explore between sessions
-
A private WhatsApp group for connection and support
-
Space to share, reflect and stay connected with the women journeying alongside you
There is no pressure to keep up or complete homework.
The prompts are simply invitations to notice what continues to move through you during the week.

What happens in the sessions?
Over the four weeks, we explore the theme through a combination of embodied and somatic practices that help you notice what is happening beneath the surface.
You may experience:
-
Guided embodied and intuitive movement
-
Somatic practices and body awareness
-
Breath and nervous system regulation
-
Meditation and visualisation
-
Journaling and personal reflection
-
Creative practices such as watercolour
-
Rest and receiving
-
Ritual and intention
-
Meaningful conversation and women’s circle
-
Simple practices you can take into everyday life
The focus is not on performing, achieving or doing things the “right” way.
It is on noticing.
Feeling.
Listening.
And learning to recognise the cues, sensations and wisdom already present in your body.
Every journey unfolds a little differently depending on the theme and the women in the room.
The four-week rhythm
Week One — Arrive
We begin by slowing down.
Coming into the body.
Noticing where you are right now and creating an intention for the weeks ahead.
Week Two — Listen
We deepen into body awareness, curiosity and the patterns, beliefs, sensations or desires beginning to emerge.
Week Three — Explore
We create space for movement, expression, release, possibility and a different way of responding.
Week Four — Embody
We gather what has been discovered and explore how it can be lived beyond the four weeks.
Not as another list of things you have to do.
But as something you can carry with you.
This might be for you if…
You spend a lot of your life caring for everyone else and rarely pause long enough to ask what you need.
You feel disconnected from your body or unsure how to listen to it.
You’re moving through a transition, crossroads or season of change.
You’re craving more creativity, pleasure, rest or aliveness.
You want to trust yourself more deeply.
You’re tired of constantly living in your head.
Or maybe nothing is particularly “wrong”.
You just know you want more space to be with yourself.
That is enough.

Come exactly as you are
You don’t need to be good at yoga.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to know how to meditate.
You don’t need to be creative.
You don’t need to have the right words.
And you never have to share anything you don’t want to.
This is a small group, held with care, where there is space for you to move, rest, speak, listen or simply be.
A different way of being with yourself
So much of our lives asks us to move faster, achieve more, keep going and look outside ourselves for the answer.
Sacred Women’s Journey offers something different.
A few hours each week where you can put some of that down.
Move.
Breathe.
Create.
Rest.
Listen.
Receive.
And perhaps hear yourself a little more clearly.
Come back to your body.
Come back to your inner knowing.
Come back to you.

"I felt so drawn to take part in LIYF with Ashari, I felt this is where I needed to be. I am so glad I listened to that call!!! The 4week journey, the love and connections made, has my heart feeling love, peace and my body feeling stable. Ashari creates a space and practices that allows our minds to reconnect to our bodies. A space was held of pure love and magic, where through the different practices, I was able to go deep within my own self again, fall back in love with her, regain power and let go of fear of "not being enough".
Our journeys, stories can sometimes be overwhelming, can hurt and can push us down. But allowing space within, so our bodies can with hold all of our feelings/weather, and still feel love and connection 🙏🏻🙏🏻💖💖 thankyou so much Ashari for bringing magic back to my mundane, self love and connection no matter the weather...I will be doing another 4 weeks xxxx"

"I recently attended Ashari’s Wintering Retreat in Forster, and it was such a beautiful gift to myself.
From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed into a calm, nurturing space overlooking the water. The day flowed perfectly, with grounding practices, meaningful conversations, watercolour painting, massage, nourishing wholesome food, and the most incredible sound bath, which was definitely a highlight for me. It gave me the chance to completely switch off, slow down, and simply be present.
What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to be anything other than yourself. The retreat gently encouraged us to embrace the season of winter by turning inward, reflecting on our own journeys, and creating space for rest instead of constantly reacting to life around us.
The timing of the day (10:00–3:30) felt just right, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and with practical ways to slow down, be more present, and make more time for myself in everyday life.
Thank you, Ashari, for creating such a beautiful and thoughtful experience. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone needing permission to pause, reconnect with themselves, and welcome a little more peace into their life."
