About the event
Baby & Me Yoga offers a space to reconnect with your own body, nurture your bond with your baby, and meet other parents and carers in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
Inspired by the Birthlight approach to Baby Yoga, these classes weave together gentle postnatal movement, movement for baby, breath, song, touch, relaxation and connection.
There is no expectation that your baby needs to sleep, stay quiet or participate in a particular way.
You simply come as you are.
